kids use any tool they like as long as the final prototype website achieves
its purpose. <BR><BR>If Notepad can produce a site that nicely
demonstrates/simulates online tools being used by a virtual team to make
decisions and share information, then it's fair enough. GUI web editors are
just wrappers to automate the creation of HTML, CSS and PHP code that Notepad
could produce manually.<BR><BR>2.2 cents' worth (not including 40% mining
tax)<BR><BR>

question, but if a pupil is proficient in html and css, can they create
their prototype website in Notepad (or Vym, or Notepad++ etc). I know the
task must be completed using appropriate software that can create a website,
but does that include something as simple as a text editor or must they use
Dreamweaver or another WYSIWYG type of editor?</SPAN></FONT></P>
