SW onto my teacher laptop so I can develop exercises @ home etc.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

font-family:Arial'>I believe that this is OK if you are using the SW for
teaching or to assist your teaching.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

font-family:Arial'>Anyway, after receipt of a recent DEECD email re the laptop
rollout program, I have decided to purchase my own and hand my creaking old R52
back.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

font-family:Arial'>My question is, does this change anything re the use of the
laptop and the SW I may download onto same?<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

font-family:Arial'>I believe that nothing changes legally, but I thought I should
just check with my peers.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
