taken note of these. However, considering ITA was in its first year this year,
I thought the book was a pretty fair effort, (and there aren’t a lot of
alternatives at different publishers). Perhaps a ‘third edition’
might be available at some point, if demand warrants it. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

materials on the VITTA Support CD, and revisions to materials that certain
contributors to this list have circulated in good faith. This is a natural evolution
as we all get used to what the 2007+ study design really requires. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

know what it was – that way we can deliver the study design content in
