the following extract from the VCAA’s copyright policy, written
permission must be sought to use VCAA material on a school website.</span></=

examination papers or extracts. Part of this stems from the fact that there=

often third party copyright material in exam papers, so permission was grant=
ed
to VCAA only to use this material. For this reason, schools can apply for
permission to place these exams on their intranet. Again, in this case being
discussed no permission had been sought to reproduce and transmit this
examination on a website. Here is the extract from the VCAA website regardin=
