responding to the statement from Michael about csv/txt files. We are not onto
XML files...not yet as it has only been partially installed on Maze by
Acacia. I think the vendors, both Markbook and Maze are working towards the
export and import of the XML files. To tell you the truth, I have not ventured
down the path yet nor think about what has to be done...one small step at a
time. I don't know where CASES21 are with regards to XML file import/export
process as I work in a Catholic school. We have started to
report English and Maths in the VELS format and I, personally think that
Markbook has been great in doing that. Tech support from Markbook is prompt and
they are very helpful.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

<DIV>conjunction with Maze (similar to Cases21 - supplied by CAZ) which

<DIV>used as the timetabler package previously. We have now moved to

<DIV>Timetabler which can export the relevant Markbook files in the
CSV</DIV>
<DIV>format. Is CASES21 used for timetabling? If your timetable package
can</DIV>
<DIV>export the required fields easily and stored as a CSV file, you
can</DIV>
<DIV>easily import them into Markbook.</DIV>
