what have schools done to prevent anonymous proxy use. </FONT></SPAN></DIV>

Year level Heads and the director of students who deal with each case based on
the three strikes policy.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

point of view I really only make initial case referrals and then depending on
the circumstances consult on it from a technical stand point.

methods in our case sina filtering and possibly many
