you have to scroll down to read, never quite getting the gist of who posted

is not strictly correct Andrew. While the correction depends on the
number of students, the preparation is the same as if it were for
2 separate classes. - <FONT color=#ff0000>Preparation is much the same
but not less marking. I try to give my students as much feedback on homework
tasks etc as possible. The number of students clearly has an impact on
this. Also with 25 students I have no time in class to complete any other
tasks. I know from experience that in a small class (is my 8 students in maths
methods) there are quiet times when one can do prep and

would argue that if i have to run a combined course for VCE, where there
is a large amount of marking and preparation, then i ought to be
given a small time allowance for it. The volume of work does depend on the
