document into the one providing the alert. The document you copied
from has since been changed, Excel is trying to check the other document
and update the data. The guilty cell will have a reference to the file
name of the other Excel file, finding it in a complex spreadsheet is another
issue. If you answer yes then Excel will open the other document if it
still resides in its original location with reference to the one that you have
open.</FONT></DIV>
