This year VITTA, in conjunction with the Victorian Government and the ACS are promoting excellence in ICT education and ICT career pathways. and there are plenty of exciting activities planned to celebrate the use of ICT in all facets of society. Come along and find out more about how you can achieve your career goals at the 2011 ICT & Careers Expo. The Expo is really a great opportunity for students to get all the information they need in one location, as opposed to visit numerous open days. Students will be able to get specific course advice, course materials and will be in a position to come away from the event with a comparison between the courses on offer.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>A highlight is a live link up between Australian students and Japanese students from Kawasaki facilitated by Thornbury High School students and which will be filmed for Channel 31<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>In addition to the exhibitors, we have over 25 sessions on topics from game development to careers in multimedia. There will be sessions on Earn while you learn: Industry based learning and Developing original games for a world market<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>It is a totally free event for your students (and yourself)!
