The VCE Exams Navigator is very clear that no dictionary with a thesaurus in the same volume will be allowed into the exam room.

I am curious as to which dictionaries are acceptable for the exam. I know that a dictionary with a Thesaurus is not allowed, however, our students have an approved school dictionary that includes a five page mini-thesaurus. Will this be confiscated if they
bring it into the exam?
