keep the icecast server inside the DMZ with no external IP then you could probably use the schools copyright assignment agreement to cover you. In Victoria for example the state government contributes to a scheme that reimburses producers for notional re use
of their work in certain circumstances. For example recording and re broadcasting free to air TV within the organisation for the purposes of education. Might be worth investigating if such an agreement exists in China and whether your school is part of a larger

be able to broadcast live and repeatedly reshare these shows on a schedule. From memory, there is a copyright problem, even if only a few seconds music is played in the background. We have to be vigilant with our ACCELN hangout if this happens or we get an
automatic ticket from Google. Have you given thought towards setting up a amateur or HAM radio station?</span></div>
