<p class="MsoNormal">Hi everyone,<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><br>
I was wondering whether many schools have had experience with installing, connecting and using Apple TV. We are currently investigating it’s use, with the ultimate aims of it being that:<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-indent:-18.0pt">a)<span style="font-size:7.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">
</span>Students can present/broadcast their iPad screen onto the projector wirelessly<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-indent:-18.0pt">b)<span style="font-size:7.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">
</span>Likewise with teachers<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Unfortunately, it seems that because the AppleTV is designed as a ‘home use’ device, it does not fit in seamlessly with our complicated network.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Together, with our IT department, I have mapped out the following:<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><img border="0" width="605" height="353" id="_x0000_i1025" src="cid:image001.jpg@01CD42F8.6DAA6AA0"><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>I would be very interested in hearing your experiences. How are they setup? Do they get much use? Have they been worthwhile?</b><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> <o:p></o:p></p>
