year I re-run the workshops for new staff or for those who want a refresher.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

it was Office 97 then, programs, but the take up was not good. We run a range
of PD session, and they range in attendance. I am an ICT peer coach, but even
that has not inspired many to take that innovative leap. They seem pretty
confident with the office basics….it is the newer ideas and tools I am
keen to get them using<o:p></o:p></span></p>
