<div>Hello All,</div>
<div id="AppleMailSignature">I get my students to do their folios in PowerPoint or keynote. There was a PD run at data vic conference a couple of years ago that demonstrated this. I love this format as it is so much easier to customise the format and the addition
of photos etc is so much more stable. Scanning hand drawings or even photographing their drawings makes it easy to add this material. The finished can be sent to you for checking in its digital form then they can print the finished document at the end. Am
happy to show anyone if you like.<br>
<br>
Kind regards

<div dir="ltr">I encouraged my Year 11 PD&T Unit 2 students to publish their group work to a website with some measure of success. The pressure on team members to publish on time was beneficial and a certain amount of pride and ownership was taken. Most chose
to hand me their hand drawings though. I feel that all aspects would need to be published, not selected areas. I believe that if I am seeing the folio work being done in class and checking on HWK tasks prior to publishing, and that visualisations and annotations
are scanned or photographed and uploaded, that it should be fine. To me it is vital that students have solid hand drawing communication skills, however, being able to develop digital images appears to be gaining greater importance. This particular student
finds reading, spelling and handwriting most difficult and is permitted access to a scribe and a laptop for exams. She is incredibly creative, but also vulnerable, and I would like to allow her to showcase her talents over her disability.
