<p>Classroom safety and the maintenance of a training record is a issue that some school principals don't seem to get. </p>
<p>On Guard Safety with its training data base ACE PRO is the answer to the problems faced by classroom teachers in keeping them selves safe from litigation. Who pays for it is quite simple, the user faculties and or the OHS budget, if there is not enough cash
then surely that is the principal or business managers problem.<br>
</p>
<p>No teacher should be paying for the keeping of safety training records out of their own pocket, that is just not on and the union should be banging that drum if necessary.<br>
</p>
<p>In addition to delivering and tracking student training, OGS now gives a school a way of tracking the maintenance of all of the machinery and through the use of personal devices all SWPs can be accessed at the machine using the QR reader apps.<br>
</p>
<p>The new principal at our school took one look at the OHS systems as were and said get On Guard Safety if its what you need, we did!<br>
</p>
<p>I am sure you have done a great job with your site but take it from me that OGS is the way for all schools in Australia to go, taking a common approach to a shared problem because at the end of the day if you or I do our own thing and we get it wrong then
we are held to be liable. OGS has been tested in court and it has not let a teacher down yet ... I am a fan. <br>

<p>My problem was that the commercial sites I was aware of were much more expensive with ongoing subscription. Schools seemed to be reluctant to pay for it.

<p>Your system will allow teachers to pay for it themselves without too much pain and levels of bureaucracy to plough through.</p>

<p>I think the message is that teachers need to have some sort of record of their testing in case of litigation.</p>

My program <a href="http://www.safetytestingonline.com">www.safetytestingonline.com</a> has been under development for a couple of years, but still has much work to be done. My program won't be free because there are costs to be covered, and an annual subscription
costs 50AUD plus relevant taxes.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The program includes automatic assessment, cloud based record keeping and provides several different reports. It caters for unlimited students in up to six classes. Only woodwork at the moment, and for quite some time yet.</p>

appropriate 100% result. Should a significant injury occur the executive of my school will call into action their legal team to investigate a number of items, one of which would be the testing system. Should this fail to meet industry standard or best practise,
you as the creator and distributor irrespective of any payment or gratuities would be called to answer the case. Your training, experience and qualifications would be examined and scrutinised to establish your suitability. There is no “Good Samaritan” policy
when it comes to WHS. Should any failings be discovered in your product unfortunately litigation would swiftly follow - with you, trying to do the right thing, ending up loosing your house. In my opinion, it is simply not worth the risk. Why do you think no

about the legality associated with the creation of such a resource. I have gone through your test, read your disclaimer and examined the results printout. You really are putting yourself in the legal firing line. Assume that I use your test and all of my students
receive the appropriate 100% result. Should a significant injury occur the executive of my school will call into action their legal team to investigate a number of items, one of which would be the testing system. Should this fail to meet industry standard
or best practise, you as the creator and distributor irrespective of any payment or gratuities would be called to answer the case. Your training, experience and qualifications would be examined and scrutinised to establish your suitability. There is no “Good
Samaritan” policy when it comes to WHS. Should any failings be discovered in your product unfortunately litigation would swiftly follow - with you, trying to do the right thing, ending up loosing your house. In my opinion, it is simply not worth the risk.

about the legality associated with the creation of such a resource. I have gone through your test, read your disclaimer and examined the results printout. You really are putting yourself in the legal firing line. Assume that I use your test and all of my students
receive the appropriate 100% result. Should a significant injury occur the executive of my school will call into action their legal team to investigate a number of items, one of which would be the testing system. Should this fail to meet industry standard
or best practise, you as the creator and distributor irrespective of any payment or gratuities would be called to answer the case. Your training, experience and qualifications would be examined and scrutinised to establish your suitability. There is no “Good
Samaritan” policy when it comes to WHS. Should any failings be discovered in your product unfortunately litigation would swiftly follow - with you, trying to do the right thing, ending up loosing your house. In my opinion, it is simply not worth the risk.
