Your training, experience and qualifications would be examined and scrutinised to establish your suitability. There is no “Good Samaritan” policy when it comes to WHS. Should a significant injury occur the executive of my school will call into action their legal team to investigate a number of items, one of which would be the testing system. Should this fail to meet industry standard or best practise, you as the creator and distributor irrespective of any payment or gratuities would be called to answer the case. Your training, experience and qualifications would be examined and scrutinised to establish your suitability. There is no “Good Samaritan” policy when it comes to WHS. Should a significant injury occur the executive of my school will call into action their legal team to investigate a number of items, one of which would be the testing system. Your training, experience and qualifications would be examined and scrutinised to establish your suitability. There is no “Good Samaritan” policy when it comes to WHS.
