The decision matrix compares a side table, coffee table and I think a lamp table. The mistake is that all the weighting is out of 10 ie. 5/10 or 9/10 rather than High = 8 – 10, Medium = 7 – 5, and Low = 4 – 0. Hence Medium would be out of 7 not out of 10. One is focused on Textiles, the other on Wood/Metal (called Product).
