It is reasonably easy to pick up, and has a decent in-built rendering platform.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'>The other options you could look at are Google Sketchup or Solidworks. Sketchup is free, which means students can use it at home and there is no cost to the school to run it. It is probably the easiest CAD program to begin with and there are thousands of great tutorials online. Of the three options, Solidworks is the most commonly used CAD program in manufacturing, engineering and product design industries.
