<DIV dir=ltr><FONT size=2>I heard about the Technology upgrade grants available to govt schools at the conference and was wondering what criteria was used to decide which schools were eligible? I had not heard about the grants before and assume that my school was not lucky enough to receive one.</FONT></DIV>
