leadership in both the theory and practice of craft as well as sound managerial
skills. Ably supported by a small team, including a General Manager, you will be
responsible for conceptualising and overseeing the delivery of an annual program
of exhibitions, seminars and talks. You will also take the lead in building and
maintaining strong relationships with funding bodies as well as growing the
organisation’s finances through membership, retail and donations.
