fashion and textile student designers to enter its two $1000 Fashion,
Accessories and Textiles Awards. The Flinders Quarter Award is open to
Victorian residents and this year has broadened its scope to include VCE
students. The Award is a high-profile platform for emerging fashion and
textile designers enabling them to showcase their work in the context of the
Motorola Melbourne Spring Fashion Week. </span></font></p>
